Job Requirements

A master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably in an international school setting.
Strong knowledge of academic curriculum development and international education standards.
Proven track record in school operations management, including facilities, budgeting, and staff supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high academic and operational performance.

Job Descriptions

Lead and manage the overall academic curriculum, ensuring alignment with international education standards and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
Oversee daily school operations, including facilities management, student services, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the Principal and department heads to develop and implement school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
Support the professional development of teachers and staff.
Monitor and evaluate teaching standards, providing guidance and feedback to educators for continuous improvement.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community, ensuring open communication and engagement.
Implement student discipline policies and maintain a safe and inclusive school environment.
Manage the school’s budget, resources, and logistical needs.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative) & Sunday, Public Holiday
