Job Descriptions
- Supervise and lead the service team to ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guest needs are met from arrival to departure, maintaining smooth and efficient service operations.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to embody Attitude values.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions that enhance guest experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely service.
- Monitor service levels and make improvements as necessary to meet the company’s service standards.
- Prepare shift schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.
Working Hours: 10 Hours per day
Holidays: 4 days per month
