Job Requirements

At least 3 years of training experience (prefer if you have sales background training).
Experience with life insurance licensing training, sales, and service training.
Experience with adult instructional and training methods.
Experience in developing and executing successful training programs.
Knowledge of learning management systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of financial and insurance.
Salary is up to 10L depending on experience.

Job Descriptions

To conduct training for origination’s needs as well as Life Insurance Training.
To present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
To facilities learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction and virtual training.
To develop and implement an organization’s training programs and objectives in order to develop and maintain an effective workforce.
To manage and develop training facilities and equipment.
To identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
To develop training aids such as handouts and handbooks.
To design and apply assessment tool and role-play test to measure training effectiveness.
To track and report on training attendance and outcomes.
To provide feedback to program participants and management.
To conduct the life insurance training program.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
