Responsibilities

  • Drawing the schedules out before all site activities have started in order to plan the construction progresses to be finished in time that stated in the contract.
  • Makes Plans for Site Activities after meeting.
  • Proceed calculations to make material requests in advance to get stock in site so which may able to be used at any time of necessary
  • Stock materials like Rebar, Plywood, Jungle Wood etc.,
  • Scheduled by drawing out the dimensions after the calculation had proceeded.
  • Make meeting with the production team of the contractor for production of the stock materials usage and wastage to be reused.
  • The installed formworks are checked during the Drawings that included levels, sizes, spans, dimensions, specifications, alignments, verticality
  • Rebar inspection has started from the time of production
  • The cut & bent rebar products are inspected by the given schedules to avoid error in installation.
  • During installation, the positions, lapping lengths, spacing, alignments and cover etc., checked again unless these specifications were given in the schedule.

Requirement

  • BE (Civil)
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the Construction Field.
  • Good skill Compute quantity of materials arrange to manpower and time schedule
  • Can draw the required shop drawing in the field
  • Able to review the construction management plan
  • Able to instruct according to Structural and Architect Drawing
  • Able to Auto CAD and Microsoft Word
  • Can Report to Project Engineer & CE.
  • Good interpersonal skill, public relationship skill and communication skill.

Working Hour: 8:30A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays.
