Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree more prefer in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a technical role.
- Knowledge of network hardening, software installation, desktop/network/system set-up, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, and network installation.
- Strong technical knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Servers, Storage, wireless devices, etc.
- Knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft Windows Infrastructure Management, Security, Network, and Cloud operations.
- Experience in troubleshooting ERP, POS software
- Must be good in reporting skill
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- Must be organized and attentive to detail
- Able to work under pressure and can travel if needed
Job Description
- Configure & Install various network devices and services (e.g., Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Load Balancer, VM Level Servers, VPNs, QoS).
- Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problem, outages & scheduling updates.
- Collaborates with network architects on network Optimization.
- Implementation Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operation systems, application software and system management tools.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Provides training and support to personal
- Conduct regular meetings with Vendors to ensure clarification & meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Strong time management & analyst skills.
- Track performance & analyze the completion of key goals.
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
