Job Descriptions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and systems.
- Provide guidance and counseling on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring pipeline.
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees.
- Design and deliver effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support performance management processes by assessing employee performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry benchmarks in other industrial zones
- Maintain records of internal and external training attendance and manage training evaluation processes.
- Facilitate team-building activities, staff events, and other HR-related engagements to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Evaluate training programs and recommend enhancements to support continuous learning.
- Planned and implemented HRD (Human Resource Development) activities, including CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, health insurance management, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance.
- Conduct orientation sessions and maintain accurate employee records for all new hires.
- Stay informed about the latest HR trends and apply innovative practices to improve HR functions.
- Deliver training sessions aimed at improving teamwork and employee collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRD-related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR development strategies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Leaming Management Systems (LMS).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for performance and training evaluations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Working Hour : 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
