Job Requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement service improvement strategies and monitor performance metrics.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain consistent service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum (3) years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Burmese is required.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays : One Day Per Week
