Job Description
- Assistance in construction or reconfiguration of VPN networks;
- Cooperation with providers in troubleshooting network or system issues.
- Assistance in trouble-shooting and monitoring of computer and network problems;
- Response to user needs and questions regarding computer and/or network access;
- Maintenance of ICT related equipment such as printer, scanner and fax;
- Assistance in monitoring scheduled backup procedures for OA file servers;
- Assistance in monitoring and solving virus detection, removal and prevention;
- Assistance in monitoring online UPS.
- Assistance in creation of operation procedures and manuals;
- Maintenance of the inventory and stock of supplies and spare parts;
- Assistance in checking of sound systems for upcoming seminars;
- Cooperation with providers for YSX accounting system and web hosting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in service desk or helpdesk environment Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory), cloud platforms (Azure, M365).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferably Relevant certifications holder (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified
- Network Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Familiarity of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, network/security applications and operating systems like
- windows, Linux (Red hat), Virtualization Technology (VMware). (More preferable).
- Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
