- လူသုံးကုန် ပစ္စည်းများအရောင်းပိုင်းအတွေ့အကြုံ(၁)နှစ်ရှိသူ (သို့) အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသော်လည်း ကြိုးစားသင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူများလည်း လျောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
- လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်၍ အပြောအဆိုသွက်လက်ချက်ချာသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- (စက်ဘီး/E Bike) ဖြင့်ရန်ကုန်မြို့တွင်းကျွမ်းကျင်စွာစီးနင်းနိုင်ကာ စျေးကွက်အတွင်း သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
