Job Description

To accept and check students’ documents carefully and ensure any required student documents are properly recorded, filed and submitted to Head of Admission for university admissions and follow up till they get acceptance letter and pay enrollment fees and first payment first.
To ensure that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time and follow up on inquiries and visits through emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
To be able to meet the sales target by preparing monthly marketing and sales plan (online and offline).
To coordinate activities e.g., open house, education fairs, workshops, seminars, talk shows, campaigns and recruit potential students through one-to-one consultation and presentation

Job Requirement

age between 22 – 30 years old
must be bachelor’s degree holder (Master’s degree more preferably)
must have 2 years’ working experience in higher education field
must have understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing especially selling service.
must have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
must have knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
must have the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
must have the ability to work under

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday or Sunday & Public Holidays
