Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in electrical equipment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding business.
• Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing, and market research tools.
• Fluent in Burmese and English (preferred).
Job Descriptions
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
• Lead, train, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs for business expansion.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Working Hours: 8:30AM To 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
