Job Requirements

Any Graduate, especially with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Electronic or FMCG industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Sale& marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as required.
If needed have to go ocassionally

Job Description

Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving excellence.
Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
Develop content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to expand market share.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis to senior management.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the Electronic segment. This role involves leading a team, managing key accounts, developing marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets.

Working Hour : 9:00AM to 5: 00PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
