Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with
the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify
and address customer challenges effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
CRM software.
Job Description
- Actively pursue and close sales opportunities across various industries,
with a focus on the packaging and manufacturing sectors. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales
targets. - Identify and qualify new leads, conduct market research, and analyze
sales data to identify trends and opportunities. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
through regular communication, proactive account management, and
exceptional customer service. - Understand customer printing processes, challenges, and specific ink
requirements. - Provide expert consultation and recommendations on the most suitable
ink solutions for each customer’s unique needs. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that
effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s ink
products. - Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to assess printing
processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide technical
support.
Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
