Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or related sectors.
Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients.
Strong understanding of healthcare services and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends is a plus.
Digital marketing skills is an added advantage.
Salary is 5Lks to 7Lks depending on experience

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our healthcare services.
Build and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals or our current partnerships.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with overseas employment agencies, seaman agencies, corporate clients, and any other organizations needing medical checkup services and partnerships in healthcare services.
Assist in the planning and establishment of a company-owned clinic, including conducting market research and feasibility studies.
Prepare promotional materials and sales campaigns to promote HOME DOCTOR Myanmar’s services.
Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising and assist in managing the company’s online presence, including the website and social media profiles, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences.
Monitor and report on sales performance, setting clear targets and tracking progress.
Drive achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes in accordance with the business plan
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to management.
Perform other duties as required to support business growth.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
