Job Description
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns.
- Organize and participate in events to promote the college.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the admissions team.
- Prepare and present regular reports.
- Promote and recruit students to meet sales targets.
- Engage in telemarketing and attend to walk-in enquiries.
- Participate in marketing activities and educational fairs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Familiarity with the Myanmar education market is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Salary negotiable based on experience.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half, Sunday & Public Holidays
