Job Description
- Lead sales team.
- Plan, project, and implement various sales plan and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target and special events relating to targeted customers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to improve sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales trainings to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Compile sales data and prepare report to provide analysis of sales (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Sales Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Inquiry reports (Walk-in, Telephone, and Facebook).
- High-level meeting minutes.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify sales opportunities.
- Set sales targets aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Prepare sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis and sales projections.
- Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
- Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Collaboration and Communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer service and, servicing team to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
- Communicate sales strategies, targets and initiatives to the sales team and ensure their understanding and buy-in.
- Coordinate with other regional sales managers and share best practices to optimize sales performance across regions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build professional networks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field (MBA is preferred) .
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years professional experience in Sales and preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Customer focused approach with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in sales management and CRM systems, in using office productivity software applications such as
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Skills in English language (Intermediate) .
- Ability to adapt and respond to urgent needs or changes .
- Adept at decision-making: identifying problems & brainstorming potential solutions.
- Good at planning and organizing: Attentive to details and well organized.
- Oriented toward service while being empathetic/sociable: able to offer solutions and connect with customers.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
