Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of modern trade channels and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling perfume and cosmetic products within modern trade channels.
  • Identify new opportunities and strategically expand brand presence in existing and new retail outlets.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in modern trade channels, including retailers, store managers, and buying teams.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to retail partners.
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Product Merchandising and Visibility:
  • Ensure optimal product placement and visibility across all modern trade outlets, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper stock levels, in-store displays, and promotional materials are in place.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product launches, in-store promotions, and events.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team regarding sales performance, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, including competitor activities, product innovations, and consumer behavior.
Inventory and Order Management:
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock by coordinating with the supply chain and logistics team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and orders and ensure product availability at key modern trade locations.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
