Job Description

Engage with customer to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
Conduct test drives and ensure an informative and enjoyable experience for customers.
Provide detailed information on pricing, financing options and additional services.
Collaborate with sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the automotive industry, including new models and technological advancements.
Cultivate strong relationship with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Uphold dealership standards and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Ensure customers’ complaints are handled professionally.
Compile sales data and prepare report to provide analysis of sales (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
Sales Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Inquiry reports (Walk-in, Telephone, and Facebook).
High-level meeting minutes.
Collect and update information regularly to share collated data to sales team and the manager in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the Marketing teams for promotional events and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Certificate or Diploma in Sales Management.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales, (Automotive sales is preferred)
Skills in English language (Intermediate)
Communication skill,
Skilled in using office productivity and collaboration software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams (English and Myanmar)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Gazette Holidays.
