Job Requirements
• Prefer 2 Years of working experience in Logistics & Customer Service for import/export Industry
• Any graduate (or) Recognized Diploma for Logistics & Supply Chain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with oversea subsidiary
Job Description
• Communicate with customers for daily import & export processes, shipment inquiry and other sales purposes.
• Manage documents required for day-to-day import & export shipments.
• Handle applying approval processes for import/export shipments of TSEZ
• Prepare and arrange day to day customer shipment delivery & pick up plan accordingly
• Arrange Trucks required for delivery the cargo to customers.
• Handle incoming call and inquiry email from customers.
• Report department manager for daily, weekly & monthly related to shipments.
• Other duties assigned by Manager.
• Ability to work in Thilawa Special Economic Zone
Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
