Job Summary,
- The client company are seeking an experienced individual to help us increase the effectiveness and impact of our Sales Dept.
- This person will work in partnership with Production, Planning control etc.
- This role will report to Sales GM.
Job Requirement
- Any Graduated.
- Experience in Manufacturing more prefer.
- Need to communicate in English well.
- Must have knowledge about software, ERP, MS Office Programs.
- Good communication Skill
- Good personality.
- At least (2) years and more working experiences in relevant fields
- Able to work market survey.
Job Description
- Primarily assists the sale team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone quires in a calm and friendly manner.
- Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop
- Sale strategy accordingly.
- Other jobs assigned by Sales GM.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
