Any Bachelor degree
Proven experience in sales administration, logistics, or related fields.
Experience – 2 years and above
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using sales and order management software is a plus

Job Description

Invoice Collection and Record Management:
Collect and verify sales invoices from all regional sales teams.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales data in the system.
Purchase Order Management:
Receive, review, and process purchase orders from various marketing and sales teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to confirm product availability and order status.
Order Packing and Dispatch Coordination:
Organize and pack orders accurately according to regional requirements.
Schedule and ensure timely dispatch of orders to the concerned regions.
Track and follow up on deliveries to confirm successful receipt.
Communication and Orientation:
Serve as the point of contact for marketing and sales personnel from all regions.
Conduct orientation and training sessions on order handling processes as needed.
Provide ongoing support to sales and marketing teams for order-related inquiries.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline order management and dispatch processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 6:00P.M
Holiday : Saturday(Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
