Job Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience in a related field .
  • Solid computer skills and Microsoft office is a must .
  • Maintain and update sales and customer record .
  • Ability to communicate and develop teamwork .
  • Soft skills and sales course are preferred .
  • Support to sale team to hit the sales target.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Descriptions

  • Handle customer calls or email and alert team lead and executives according to the internal procedure.
  • Update prospect report weekly basic.
  • Record and update customer sales records.
  • Generate new sales to meet sales targets.
  • Check daily salesman reports and today’s plan with the department head.
  • Process necessary documents such as Quotations and Contracts for every sale.
  • Record data and Create daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
  • Keep documents concerned with collateral, contract , and other job-related documents.
  • Management and interpret customer requirement and communicate with team.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure the delivery and quality of the service to ensure customer
    satisfaction.
  • Customer satisfaction and reporting

Working Hour: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
