  • Assisting with a variety of administrative task.
  • Good-looking, smart, sweet & polite.

Job Descriptions

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist visitors to finding their way around the office.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, meeting room’s arrangement etc…
  • Answering, receiving and forwarding phones call in a professional manner Sorting and distributing incoming, outgoing office letter and others.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
