- Assisting with a variety of administrative task.
- Good-looking, smart, sweet & polite.
Job Descriptions
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors to finding their way around the office.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, meeting room’s arrangement etc…
- Answering, receiving and forwarding phones call in a professional manner Sorting and distributing incoming, outgoing office letter and others.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
