• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences.
• Can be used the software (Such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Auto CAD)
Job Descriptions
• Can estimate quantity of materials and labours according to design
• Can estimate quantity of materials and labours for tender process
• Can estimate quantity of materials and labours rate for budget control
• Preparing bill for sub- contractor’s payment process
• (By checking regular site visit if needed)
• Prepare and check the supplier’s quotation and material order
• Prepare BOQ for actual construction needs
• Prepare BOQ in accordance with client instructions or customers requirements
• Calling tender or quotation for sub-con work
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
