Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree. (Chemistry, Industrial chemistry or engineering field is more preferred)
Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance.
- New freshers are also welcome if you have a passion for quality control and a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP is more preferred.
Job Description
- Inspection and Testing:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and final products to ensure they comply with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize specialized testing equipment to measure product dimensions, performance, and functionality and conduct calibration as necessary.
- Process Monitoring:
- Oversee the quality control process during different stages of production.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Identify any deviations from standards and work with production teams to rectify issues promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and observations.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports, detailing findings, defects, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality documentation requirements (ISO, GMP, FSSC etc.).
- Support the internal audits and support external audits as required.
- Mentoring and Leadership:
- Provide guidance to junior inspectors or quality control staff.
- Lead quality control initiatives and ensure the team’s adherence to best practices.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects focused on quality enhancements.
Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Holidays: 3 Days per Week.
