Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree and preferable diploma in Logistic and supply change management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
- Good understanding of sourcing principles and rules
- Good computer skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Advise and understand international trade policy, procedure and procurement terms and conditions.
- Analyzing skills to find potential new suppliers, work with to secure beneficial terms.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other update important procurement data.
- Create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Dealing and negotiating with supplier (Overseas & Local) for quotation, shipment delivery, shipping documents, follow up shipment arrival and payment propose for all.
- Dealing with internal user department or subunits for specific confirmation, required information for order process.
- Perform material budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis and controlling.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
