Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or team management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food supplement industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and food supplement products.

Job Descriptions

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    Recruit competent Promoter Group (PG) members to represent the company’s pharmaceutical and food supplement products.
    Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company standards.
    Facilitate onboarding for new promoters, including orientation and introduction to company policies, products, and sales protocols.
  • Training and Development
    Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for promoters, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
    Ensure all PG members are well-versed in product benefits, usage, and contraindications to maintain professional communication with customers.
    Conduct refresher training sessions to update promoters on new products, marketing strategies, and company objectives.
  • Target Setting and Achievement
    Set realistic sales targets for PG members based on market conditions, product demand, and company goals.
    Collaborate with PG members to create actionable strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    Monitor and support PG members in achieving their individual and team sales targets.
  • Performance Management
    Regularly assess the performance of promoters through observations, sales reports, and feedback from customers or retailers.
    Provide constructive feedback and guidance to underperforming team members to improve their sales skills and motivation.
    Recognize and reward outstanding performance to boost morale and retain top talent.
  • Stock and Sales Management
    Oversee inventory levels at sales points to ensure products are adequately stocked.
    Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
    Prepare and submit accurate stock and sales reports to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Complaint Handling
    Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints related to product issues or PG interactions.
    Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., quality control, production) for issues requiring further action.
  • Relationship Management
    Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers to support sales growth and brand loyalty.
    Represent the company professionally in all dealings with external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    Maintain detailed records of PG members, including recruitment history, training schedules, performance metrics, and feedback.
    Prepare and present reports on PG performance, sales progress, and market trends to senior management.
    Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement or new strategies.

 

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 6:00P.M
Holiday :Saturday(Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
