Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project PO statistics, invoice statistics, receipts and payments and other account statistics.
- Review the issue of invoices and subcontractor payment.
- Responsible for coordination with the finance department.
- Responsible for checktion of project detail with project office.
- Responsible for the collection and classification of owner contracts and documents
- Communication and coordination with customer and closely work with subcontract
Basic Requirements:
- Language: Chinese (Fluent), English (Fluent), Myanmar (Fluent)
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Proficient in Chinese listening,
- speaking skills. Able to use English & Chinese as working language
- University or above
- proficient in using OFFICE (EXCEL\WORD\PPT) and so on
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday &Public Holiday
