Job Requirements

  • At least (3) years previous experience in related industry required and at least 3 years for experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Preferably a degree in chemical engineering /Industrial Chemistry and Chemistry.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment or similar at the supervisor level.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Computer skills in Micro soft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in shift schedule and extended hours as required.
  • Excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team and to maintain positive morale in the workplace.

Job Descriptions

  • Report to Brewing Manager
  • To control zero accident, chemical consumption, production, yeast management and beer balance records for daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Identify/ initiate improvement activities related to man, machine, materials, and measurement methods.
  • Prepare monthly technical reports, Weekly and Monthly material stock reports to meet or exceed Brewing operational performance targets and to take responsibilities to get the best operation performance.
  • Assist the Brewing Manager with day-to-day operations in relation to administration, planning and control of activities to achieve the department objectives.
  • Apply TPM system for AM pillar to the production process. To provide to run TPM system and involved in maintaining equipment. To emphasize initiative-taking and preventive maintenance.
  • To lead and manage all technicians to get improvement and responsible for leading internal food safety program in department.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol, to Supervise, develop all subordinates under production section.
  • Can be check and control the raw materials in daily stock and inform the relevant department to pre-order, if necessary, who can make sure to ensure beer remains high quality. Because who understand the brewing regulations and standards, who controlled to ensure that the beers meet the standards before pass to the packaging department.
  • Can be apply GMP in topic of cleaning program, chemical storage and pest control complies with the food regulations. Research and implement industry trends and compliance initiatives to evolve the brewery operation standards.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
