Job Requirements
· Any bachelor degree and diploma in Business Management preferable.
· Above 3 years of experience with the relevant position.
· Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
· Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
· Able to work under pressure and can travel if needed.
Job Description

· Executed the compliance tasks with statutory and regulatory requirements and implements the decision made by the Company.
· Preforms and organizes the tasks such as scheduling meetings, Agenda, conferences, taking minutes and providing other secretarial supports.
· Maintain important corporate documents records.
· Handle incoming emails and direct inquires to the appropriate person’s mail and Communicate in verbally and writing to make inquiries and provide information and outsources to CEO.
· Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
· Liaising with General Managers, Local and Foreign Litigators, auditors, bankers and Joint Ventures partners, internal and external contacts on the Company governance issues.
· Follow up Specific project progress between Business unit Heads, Department Head and General Managers.
· Interpret and Formulate progress reports in support of weekly meeting.
· Performs the orderly job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
· Make and confirm travel arrangements and schedules for CEO.
· Build a good relationship with internal and external associates.
· Maintain records for the important data, prepare and handle the documents.
· Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents and prioritizing workloads.
· Summit all correspondence reports without limitation to Civil Proceeding Cases Progress Report, Arbitration Cases Report, Land Tracker Progress Reports to the CEO and Management.
· Translating the assigned tasks and Prioritizing workloads.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
