The role of this position is to provide, support and counselling the students who want to study overseas universities, mainly in charge UK University

Job Description

Receive visitors, students in a cordial and appropriate manner.
Handles any enquiries and explain the overseas university’s entry and information (through phone, email, and social media).
Support students looking for academic opportunities for abroad.
Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course.
Processing applications and documentation process as quickly as possible.
Ensuring that all applications are completed in full including all supporting documentation
Able to communicate with relevant department of foreign Universities.
Monitor and Report student list to Management.
Planning weekly education seminar.
Attend meetings, workshop and conferences as required.
Willing to participate in educational activities, events, seminars, and webinars.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree.
At Least 3 years of working experience in oversea education consulting and admission in the international education field.
Familiar with the international education system and international universities
Able to consult with potential students for International Education Pathways
Proficiency in reading and writing in English
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
Salary negotiable based on experience.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half, Sunday & Public Holidays
