Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • At Least 2 years of proven working experience in Secretarial Field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Job Descriptions

  • Assisting the Executive Director in reporting to the Board and maintaining official minutes of all Board meetings. Prioritizing workloads.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Answering and directing phone calls. Organizing and distributing messages.
  • Maintaining company schedules. Organizing documents and files.
  • Greeting business clients and guests. Documenting financial information.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holiday: Monday
