Job Description

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Handle office filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the college management team.
  • Assist with the organization of college events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and announcements.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, faculty, and students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, staff details, and other critical documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments as needed.

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience with email management systems.

 

Working Hours9:00am – 5:00pm
