Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects in Computer Science or equivalent
Must be CCNP Enterprise and JNCIA Certified
JNCIS and F5 certifications are preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience with implantation and troubleshooting with Routing, Switching and
Juniper Firewall environments
Must have expert knowledge of Firewall rules, BGP and EVPN.
Must have moderate knowledge of SDN, SDWAN, Security and Load Balancing Technology.
Proven experience with systems planning, deploying and maintaining with best practices for Switches,
Firewall and Load Balancer environments.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to work under pressure
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Continues self-improvement and learning to maintain and improve current technical knowledge
Able to work in 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

To provide troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.
Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant.
Monitor and analyze the problem when incident happen.
Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.
Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.
Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
Highly self-motivation and able to manage multi-tasks
Strong customer service orientation

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
