Job Descriptions:

Manage and drive the team to achieve the sales targets and to prepare promotion plans
Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive information
Building and maintaining strong relationships with major retail chains and key accounts to enhance business partnerships
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with modern trade chains partners
Order Taking and Checking Order regularly and coordinating with the respective departments in order to deliver the order timely and properly

Job Requirements:

Any bachelor’s degree and preferable Sales Diploma holder.
Must have (2~3) years of experience as Sales Supervisor at Modern Trade Channel in FMCG fields.
Fair in written and oral communication skills in English Language.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email and Google Workspace.
Good team leading skills, interpersonal skills and time management skills are highly demanded.
Must have strong problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Holidays: Sunday, & Public Holidays
