Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) / (Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years work experience in related field
- Proficiency in MEP design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant tools
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Job Description
- Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction
- To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in coordination with the project planning engineer
- Manage relationships with MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades
- Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation
- Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & clients
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager/Engineer and field staff
- Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed
- Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings
- Develop and mentor project staff, if applicable
- Perform other related duties as required.
Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday , Sunday& Public Holidays
