Job Description

  • Monitor packing order, arrange delivery way plan and handle vehicle inspection and maintenance
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workload
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Reviews and analyzes on-going customer requests
  • Fulfil all of the customer orders on time
  • Document, effectively track and resolve issues in a timely manner regarding with customers’ complaints and delivery way
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • Ensure adherence company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

 

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (or) graduate
  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Familiar with or have knowledge in software
  • Strong problem-solving skill and must have good attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday Only
