Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum two-years of experience working in delivery operations and working knowledge of logistics.
Good skill of computer.

Job Description

Schedule the delivery ways plan and supervise for all delivery operation.
Estimate the weight (kg) of the products, arrange for the trucks and manpower.
Check delivery location and dealing with sales personnel or customers related to delivery operation.
Assign the tasks to the team members according to the delivery plan.
Ensure all delivery schedules are met on time.
Ensure delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently according to company standards and policies.
Response to any issues or complaints related to transportation and address any customer issues that may arise.
Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair.
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulations, guidelines, SOP and health and safety requirements.
Perform other related duties as required.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
