Requirement

Any graduate.
1+ years of relevant work experience in IT field
Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments
Experience in virtualization platform is essential
Strong troubleshooting skills in system applications and operating system
Experience in monitoring systems is mandatory
Experience in scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
Knowledge in networking (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
Good technical written and communication skills
Need to complete the assigned task under tight schedule

Job Description

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Manage and configure storage
Manage and configure San Switches
Install, configure, test, and maintain service provider operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Collaborates with all Departments to ensure timely completion of Service Desk tickets, and to develop and maintain operational documentation.
Participate in the design of information and service provider operational support systems.

Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Gazette Holidays
