Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any graduated.
(LCCI III)
Above (3) years’ experience in similar position.
Timely issue Monthly financial statements
Highly support for Data collection and implement standard accounting process.
Monitoring in all documentation especially in Stock control, Cash in/out and Sales recording system.

Job Descriptions

Check the incoming Entry of cash book and POS sales transactions .
Check and Entry of Purchase Qty in stock report and record payable in Excel and UBS.
Keeping Sales invoices altogether with inventory received vouchers and
care issue invoices for cash collection.
Prepare Inventory ledger report and monitoring for update inventory situations.
Report to manager for stock balance, receivable balance, Sales situations.
Weekly Production cost report to Manager to set update cost in POS.
Monthly sales summerize report to Manager and related firms.
Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and other sales reports.
Stock checking when closing balance quantity level is low and report sulplus/deficit.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: 1 day per week
