Job Description

Installing and Configuring computer Hardware, Software and Systems.
Monitoring and Maintaining Computer systems and networks.
Providing technical support for each department, lectures, and students.
Schedule zoom meetings for online class and online meeting.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Conducting daily backup operations.
Managing technical documentation.
Assist the academic and student services team.
Handle the online learning platform zoom meeting (including scheduling, sharing online
learning records to the students and manage the zoom platform.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or any graduate with IT Diploma or
relative certificates.
3+ years of experience in networks and systems maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting
practices.
Good to have knowledge (CCNA, MCP, MCSE)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to communicate in English.
Salary negotiable based on experience.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half, Sunday & Public Holidays
