Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Company’s digital transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day IT services, including network infrastructure, software applications, and hardware systems, to support operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring vendor performance meets Company standards.
- Identify opportunities to implement technology solutions that enhance productivity, data management, and communication within the agriculture business.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide technical support to staff across departments.
- Monitor and maintain IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
- Prepare reports on project progress, IT performance, and vendor activities for senior management.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to agriculture and recommend adoption where applicable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects or IT implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, including networks, cloud services, and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
- Willingness and ability to reside in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, as this is the primary business location.
- Familiarity with agricultural technology or the agribusiness sector is a plus but not required. Proficiency in
- English and Myanmar language is preferred for effective coordination with local and international stakeholders.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
