Job Requirements

Any Graduate Diploma holder of human resource or MBA holder.
Minimum (3) years’ work experience as equivalent role.
Must have experience for human resource policies making, HR planning and performance management.
Strong command of English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken.
Excellent Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills to follow up on all issues related to HR.
Human Resource Management, problem solving, and team collaboration.
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, dealing, and communication skills.

Job Descriptions

Making Implementation Plan for HR Operation and to accomplish it as per the schedule.
Budgeting for HR costs.
Establish effective Human Resource system, policies, rules & regulations.
Employee Handbook creating, introduction, updating and take actions for disciplinary matters.
Creating organization structure, manpower allocation, succession planning and talent retaining plan.
Job descriptions and job functions analysis, evaluating, updating.
Recruitment & Selection
Payroll
Manage compensation and benefit matters.
Establishment and processing Performance Management & Rewarding System.
Processing Social Security Board (SSB) related matters.
Employment contract and Labor Law related matters.
Attendance monitoring, control and leave matters.
Trainings & Development, Career Planning matters.
Liaising with different departments for HR related issues.
Coordinating with internal departments for business support in relating with human resource perspective.
Salary can be negotiated based on skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays.
Other Benefits: Ferry will be Provided.
