• HR Diploma လက်မှတ်ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်သက် (3) နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိရမည် ။
• Labour Law နှင့် Income Tax အားေကာင်းစွာသိရှိနားလည်ရမည် ။
• Word, Excel, Power Point , digital platform ကောင်းစွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• မိမိ ဌာန ရုံးခွဲများကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံအုပ်ချူပ်နိုင်ရမည်
• လူမှူ ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ၀န်ထမ်း များကို အလိုက်အထိုက် ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။
