Job Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Support employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Assist in processing payroll-related documents.
- Maintain records of employee benefits, leave, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding salary and benefits.
- Assist in organizing workshops and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
Job Requirements
- Any graduated.
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Over 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Uniform, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance & Communication Allowance after probation passed will be provided
