Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Support employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Assist in processing payroll-related documents.
  • Maintain records of employee benefits, leave, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding salary and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.

 

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • Diploma in Human Resources
  • Over 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM

Holidays:  Sunday & Public Holidays
