Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and other related diploma/certificates
• Must have experience in supervisor level at least 3 years
• Must be able to lead and check HR Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Laws and related rules and regulations.
• Strong communication skills – influencing, negotiation and consulting skills
Job Descriptions
• Conduct day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Developing, reviewing, and improving HR and Administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• To make sure all personal files are complete, well filed, easily retrievable, and maintain confidentiality. Recruit, interview and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
• Communicate and coordinate HR issues with respective area offices required
• Responsible for arranging of office events, including meetings and training sessions
• Ability to communicate with government offices for any registration and documentation process if required
• Managing and monitoring the budget for office supplies, equipment, and other administrative expenses
• Support in preparation of financial year PIT tax return and submitting government filing to meet deadlines
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Six Days Per Month & Public Holidays
