Job Requirements

  • Min 3 years experience in managerial position
  • ACCA Part-2 or other related qualifications
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare draft budget (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
  • Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and Union government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Manage daily financial operations and reporting
  • Oversee payroll
  • Monitor loans, fixed assets, and inventory
  • Prepare financial statements and income analysis.
  • Ensure tax compliance and handle banking procedures
  • Coordinate with departments on sales and incentives
  • Oversee month-end closing processes
  • Handle invoicing for logistics fees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Manage finance team workload and timelines
  • Supervise and advise on the day-to-day book-keeping and accounting procedures.
  • Monitoring the debtors’ position and the necessary administration to ensure effective debt collection and credit controls.
  • Perform month/quarter/year end P&L analysis and investigating upon unusual cost/expense behaviors.
  • Monitor and control the cash flow and forecast cash requirements in line with 12 months rolling cash flow plan.
  • Cost optimization such as cost analysis and implement cost controls upon trade and non-trade expenditures.
  • Communicate with external tax consultant for monthly/quarterly/annually commercial tax, corporate
    income tax to carry out tax filling in time and accurately.
  • Liaison with bank relationship manager for managing treasury activities.
  • Liaison with government officers such as tax officers, MIC officers, so on for license extension, renewal and necessary reportings.
  • Handle of other tasks that is assigned by management as the need arises
  • Checking the daily inventory in/out report with relevant documents and record it manually
  • Provide the daily Inventory In/out Report, Payable Report, Receivable Report, Weekly Inventory Ledger
  • Report & Monthly Inventory Ledger Report
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
