Salary: 600,000 – 800,000 /-Kyats
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of plant facilities and auxiliary equipment (water supply and drainage, air conditioning system, special equipment, power distribution system, lighting system, etc.), daily inspection and maintenance and record relevant data;
- Regular maintenance and maintenance of various system equipment and facilities, timely discovery and resolution of potential problems and hidden faults, emergency handling and coordination of sudden abnormal situations
- Responsible for the management of public engineering equipment and daily maintenance spare parts for plant affairs, investigation of the causes of equipment failure and management related to deviations;
- Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of plant equipment, the execution and process records of maintenance plans at all levels, and periodic verification of various equipment systems;
- Assist in the completion of the company’s various management systems, standards implementation, training, document writing and other tasks, and implement various tasks as required;
- Other matters assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in plant facility operation and management;
- Major: High school degree or above (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, automation related majors);
- Language requirements: English reading and writing skills (Chinese is preferred);
- Possess good communication skills, execution skills, hands-on skills, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and strong stress resistance;
- Proficient in using various office software, as well as certain CAD operation and drawing skills,
- Possess high-voltage electrician certificate and low-voltage electrician certificate certified by Myanmar.
Working Hours: 8:၀0AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
