Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar senior leadership role in the culinary industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making
    abilities.
  • Exceptional hard skills in cooking techniques, flavor profiling, and kitchen operations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure
    under pressure.
  • Passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities Menu Development & Execution:

  • Develop innovative and seasonal menus while maintaining a stable, high-quality taste profile.
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation standards
    across all dishes.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team to ensure efficiency and high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for skill development.

Quality Control & Standards:

  • Monitor food preparation to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines, food safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.

Operations Management:

  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with management to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
  • Culinary Innovation
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences.
  • Experiment with flavors and techniques to introduce unique dishes while
  • preserving a balanced and consistent taste.

Problem Solving & Crisis Management:

  • Quickly resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage any issues related to food quality, staff performance, or guest
    complaints effectively.

Working Hours: 8 Hours per day. (Shift Rotate)
Holidays: One day per week
