• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံ (၅) နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
• ဝန်ထမ်းဦးရေ (၇၀) ယောက်စာ ချက်ပြုတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• သပ်သပ်ရပ်ရပ် သန့်သန့်ရှင်းရှင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်ပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနဲ့အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
• အရည်ချင်းပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး လစာညှိနိုုင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
• နေစားငြိမ်း နေနိုင်ရပါမည်။
